yes you are getting it right an e-commerce startup has put its 200 employees faith in situation, they have suddenly 2 choices either go to performance improvement plan or resign. If the employee failed to meet the exceptions under Performance improvement plan which is really impossible as per the snapdeal employee then they have to face the immediate termination, on the other hand snapdeal said that the employees who do not wish to be in performance improvement plan are directly quitting from here and snapdeal is accepting the resume for the same.

there are more then 2-3 video on youtube having title of snapdeal fired 600 employees but those are not verified,
